Ans 2.This systems does require a "Flash player" in order to run. The Flash player is FREE. It is a high performance media player created and distributed by Macromedia. It has been installed on over 850 million internet connected desktops and mobile devices.

Ans 3. No, there are no files that need to be downloaded. Everything runs through your browser. You will need to install or have a Flash player already installed (preferabley Flash 8 or higher).

Ans 4. Yes, again you only need a browser and a good internet connection and the Flash player plug-in which is already included (and is free anyway) in most new browsers. Providing you have the user name and password you can use any computer.

Ans 8.You may get a blank page when logging in if your browser or security settings are not correctly configured for a Flash player plug in. Check that you have allowed 'pop ups' and there may be a permission asked to allow active X. This is a component within the Flash player. Note: you should only say yes to these if you are aware that it is from a reputable company. Over 850 million people have downloaded and used the Flash player add-in!
